HPdeg calculates the degeneracy
of a given HP-sequence, that is the number of
optimal structures in the 3D-lattice HP-model the sequence can adopt.
The calculation is based on the CPSP approach
by Backofen and Will. Analogously to HPstruct,
all optimal structures of a given sequence are calculated to determine the
sequence's degeneracy.
